About Me

My name is David Heyen, and my chosen online handle is typically some variant of Okami No Rei.

I’m a 27 year old gamer. Video games consume my evenings and weekends. When I’m not playing games, I work full time as an electrical technician. My other hobbies include LARPing, Board Gaming, and PnP RPGs.

I play games primarily on my PC, but I also own an XBone, a Switch, and several previous gen consoles and hand-held devices. My favorite game is Borderlands.

I started this blog because a friend of mine asked for assistance setting up a website of their own, and I believe WordPress offers the functionality they’re looking for, so I’m checking out their features and familiarizing myself with the site management interface before I commit to helping. I guess I’m envisioning the blog itself as a sort of diary, assuming I stick with it. I might make it more specific in scope on down the road. Still mulling it over.
